It seems I can't reproduce this issue with your code.
I copied your code, removed some elements so that it can run on my side. Browsed it in IE, then hit F5 to refresh the page, but can't see the script error you mentioned.
hey man thanks for ur help...i just knew the problem ...i used the code in un ajax enabled website so i had to tweak my web.config file ..it worked finaly after some tracing ... and also for the tabs i had to start the page load with " If not post pack " so everything now works fine with me ,... thanks again
