2347 Views, No Answer

I tried the code from the thread you linked to and it worked as you wanted: with partial page rendering turned on I selected an item from the dropdown and the textbox was populated with the item chosen; the timers changing the button background color and the top textbox's value continued to run. I'm using Beta 2 of the AJAX Extensions.

YES! It does work! YAY! (one adjustment: needed to add a ";" after the RefreshTimer in the RegisterScript statement in the codebehind.)

So, I'll need to check it out in more detail, but the basic function is there.
