I'm currently looking into Atlas but am new to it. Can anyone confirm that Atlas is only for VS2005 (i.e. won't work with VS2003). If it does work with VS2003, are there any issues?
Also, how does one get Atlas?

Yes, it's only for VS 2005 and ASP.NET 2.0. You can download it from here:

Looks like it's time to upgrade.
The code project web site, has good lessons on how to use AJAX with VS2003.
